和平,男,教授,博士,副院长,1983年8月出生,河南社旗人。2011年6月毕业于华中师范大学化学学院农药学专业,获理学博士学位,同年6月进入湖北文理学院工作至今,2014年晋升为副教授,2019年晋升为教授。研究兴趣主要集中在有机小分子化合物的设计、合成、生物活性研究以及有机合成方法学在高活性化合物合成中的应用研究、药物合成工艺优化与改进,致力于环境保护和企业节能减排。
